That is a cool idea! And at this point, super heroes are cliché, so don't sweat that.
Heavier bikes, so the motorcycle is good for both forms. The beers listed is too high end, you need keystone (cheep), PBR (cheep), or any cheep beer (cheep). Or whatever was in the back of the truck they just stole. If you're story telling in a specific area, google the local distilleries and look for high alcohol content, low price options.
Replace with knives with chains. W.P. Chain is WAY more versatile then knife, and makes vehicle to vehicle combat more intimidating.
