The AUGG states that many of the Atorians' largest ships (numbering about 10,000) are equipped with Matter/Anti-Matter drives, and that they are on the verge of developing Anti-Matter/Fusion drives. They are also stated to be infamous for the use of Anti-Gravity drives, but are only conducting small-scale research (if any) into Tachyon drives. Presumably they also use Nuclear Fusion and Photon/Ion/Fission drives in at least some of their vessels, as these technologies are both mature and commonplace in the galaxy.

As to the Phase World comparison, CG drives are approximately 70 times faster than the fastest drive in the AUGG, and more than 233 times faster than the experimental Anti-Matter/Fusion drives mentioned above.
