Well, for all intents and purposes, a normal human is not going to be able to get a Physical Beauty beyond a roll of 30 [31 with the Wardrobe & Grooming skill]

OK ty for the quick answer . That helps a great deal . But wouldn't it be extreamly rare for anyone to reach past the mid 20s (25 or 26) naturally ?

yes its rare because in order to do it, you have to first get a 16, 17, or 18, then roll a 6 bringing it to 22,23, or 24, then roll another 6, for 28,29, or 30 at which point the gm has to decide if they will allow you to try for "more"

Some mutant traits and major powers also give bonuses to physical beauty. The minor power gives a higher attribute and certain skills gain bonuses, also certain occs get bonuses also.

Initial attribute rolling stops at "30" for humans, so there is no need for a GM to decide anything.

The original post was asking about "normal" PB range for "normal" humans. Not mutants or beings with unusual characteristics, etc..

But what about average ordinary people without superpowers or mutation ? Not player characters but normal people even if they are models with in the normal range of human possibility . In other words at what level does PB start to be considered super human ?

By definition, super-human is beyond the possible human range; so 31. Models and other highly attractive people would fall into the exceptional, 16+, range under standard Palladium rules.

What is considered "superhuman" is a matter of perspective... especially when it comes to attributes. Superhuman doesn't necessarily mean "beyond the capabilities of human", but rather often means "beyond the human average". The further beyond the human average, the more "super" it seems. To the average person, a champion body builder with their massive muscle mass will seem almost "superhuman" comparison... as will that incredibly beautiful supermodel and superstar performer... though in different ways.

To the average person (in the 8 to 12 range of attributes), anyone significantly above them would be seen as "super", even if it is merely a natural talent or gained through hard work (as opposed to unusual circumstances such as mutation or magic). Anyone within the exceptional range of attributes (16 to 30+) could be considered "superhuman" without any additional abilities... and are proportionally rare.

Most models would probably have above average PB, in the 13 to 15 range. Supermodels and many A-list actors (and superstar performers) will likely reach exceptional levels in the 16 to 24 range. Only the rarest of these will likely have a PB in the 25+ range.

What is considered "superhuman", like beauty itself, is in the eye of the beholder. The rarity of people at the highest levels of human potential would make them seem superhuman to the average person by comparison.
There are three types of people in the world; those who can count and those who can't.

These things are true but as we can not draw upon the opinion of the individual we can only evaluate from the view of the general populous . And while many will differ on what "Superhuman" means to them the factual definition of the term is "beyond human capacity" . But your thoughts on the range of PB makes sense and answers my question . Thank you for your time and input .
