Interesting spin, on earth, they technically would an "Alien".

I would like to submit Clyde Snell for the vault. He started as a creature creation, a spirit centaur that manifested super powers instead of the more common psychic abilities.

I don't feel this character needs to be mega'd up and has enough skills and ability as is to be a powerful npc villian/contact.
