Any of the characters say652 has created should do the trick - shoot him a PM, or just search the forum. They're around.

Just make sure none of the 'scores of superheroes' can drop the guy via Negate Super Abilities.

For quick n easy Norse Giant (cb2) 9000hp 9000sdc base. Mystically Bestowed abilities. Energy Absorption flight:winglrss energy expulsion energy and because I like this power. Underwater abilities. Not sure it will last make it a megavillian.

Norse giant. Natural abilities. Third monstroys eye, incteased bio regeneration, and additional 3000 to hp and sdc.

Quick dirty and takes a legion to drop. But not unbeatable.

You could go with a God, they have SDC stats...bwahaha
