Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I'm looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen. Has anyone made one? Maybe on can be thrown into a customizable screen.

Yeah, but the OP was asking for HU.
I probably could whip one up. Interesting idea...

If one existed or was created that would be pretty cool.

I dont think an official one for any version of HU was ever made.

You are forgiven. Just get back to the vault.

Find a Mutants and Masterminds first edition screen, and tape in the charts you want. It has great art and you're good to go!

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
What, exactly, are you looking for to be included in a GM screen for HU? You could potentially design one yourself and take it to Kinko's or Insty Prints or whatever version of a print shop you have in your area and have it done up for you.
Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
Find out what you need. For example, I have on mine saving throws, HP, SDC, ISP and PPE regeneration rates, SDC of common items, my homebrewed critical failure table, hand to hand damages, common NPC personalities and a few other things (some things are taped on in flipable format, I have so much). I took foamboard and cut it with an exacto knife to get straight edges, taped the edges together with clear packaging tape, and taped my charts to the inside. Folded, it's about 12"x12"x1.5" thick. And if I need to change charts out, I cut the old ones out and retape the new ones in.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
Right now I'm working to put one together; this is what I'm currently planning to lay out on it:
Suggestions on other useful things to include would be appreciated. I'm trying to stick to HU2 stuff, though, with the only exception being the importing of the Perception rules.
I've also been giving a lot of thought for what I would put on the other side of this though. I think I've currently settled on using pictures from the inside covers of the HU2 special hardcover edition (a smaller, cropped version is in PU1 on page 1), the picture from page 25 of PU3, and the picture from page 64 of HU2.
- Average Bystanders quick stats
- Average mooks/thugs quick stats
- Perception rules (from Nightbane main book)
- List of Saving Throws
- HP/SDC/ISP/PPE regen rates
- Surviving coma/death rules
- HP injury rules and tables
- Fatigue rule/note
- SN PS damage chart
- HTH strikes & damages
- Ranged Combat bonuses & modifiers
- Jumping rules
- Skill Penalties/modifiers

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I still need to play around with formatting, but right now this is probably about 80%-90% done. My intention is to print it on a plotter I have access to at 24"×36" size, fold it in half lengthwise, then fold it again into four 8½"×11" sections, with the pictures facing the players. I don't think I have things lined up just right yet to make it print well on individual 8½"×11" sheets or on individual 11"×17" sheets, so that's what I intend to work on next.
Content is basically 98% done (never 100%). The formatting needs tweaking (and I just noticed the Saving Throw box isn't where I thought I left it), but I'm looking forward to using this at my next game in a few days in order to see if it's as helpful/useful as I'm hoping it will be.
Feedback, suggestions, etc. are welcome and appreciated.

What size paper is it meant to be printed on?

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I played with the formatting a little to make things lined up better. There's still room for some small additions, and I'm open to suggestions. This version I uploaded is broken up into 8 pages, front and back, all 8½" × 11" sized.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
Glad you like it! Added a few minor things (regarding Spd, H.F. and dodging/parrying ranged attacks) in this latest version. I think I'm done adding stuff, there isn't much room left for anything anyway. I had a friend suggest adding some color in some different ways to the data side, and I'm experimenting with how to make that look decent but so far I'm not happy with what I've come up with so I left it black & white for now. I think I'm going to let this simmer for a bit - at least until after my next HU game when I can review this again.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
Thanks! I printed it out and put it together to use in my last game but ended up not needing to refer to it once. It was a solid game of skill rolls, investigation, RP and wild theories. I look forward next game to shaking things up, and when I do I expect I'll be referring to it a lot more.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I've used my printout of this for the last few games. It's come in handy though not everything in the screen has been refereed to yet. Anyone else use this in their game(s)? If so, any feedback on things to edit, add or remove?

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
At the Palladium Open House I purchased four of their 8½×11 prints that I thought would look very nice on the outside of a G.M. Screen. I then purchased a "World's Best Game Screen" to put them in. It looked so nice that I felt I needed to finally re-do the G.M. side information of the screen I had been using. I reformatted, reorganized, and cleaned it up a little. I am mostly satisfied with the final result. It's a little wordy still, and I would very much like to figure out what I could re-word and move around in order to fit the attribute tables in there (listing attribute bonuses for 16 through 30, and maybe noting the over 30 bonuses as well). I'm still not sure yet the best way to do that.
For now though, here's my version 3 of a Heroes Unlimited G.M. screen.
There is one house rule on this screen, and it's in relation to how Perception checks work versus skills. I have found the rules I put in this screen to be more useful to me than the "official" rules. If this offends too many people I can edit the version of the screen I've linked here so that it notes the published game mechanics for those interactions instead.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I might get one if they had ALL!!!! the bloody saving throws listed along with which attribute score bonus went along with the for making a save vs it.
ALL meaning every single bloody one of them in the megaverse with multiple listings for ones that are different in different settings.

Re: Looking for a Heroes Unlimited GM screen
I'm not sure there's enough space on a game table to set up a Megaversal G.M. screen, encompassing all the rules for all the game lines. I think I captured most all of the Heroes Unlimited Saves, though. If not, I would certainly appreciate a book and page number to direct me to the appropriate section.
