Well, I mentioned a while back I was looking for a way to have a downloadable "Adventure Pack" for people interested in demo'ing games at FLGS and Conventions.

So with out further ado, here's my very first one! :D
(MS Word 2002 .docs & Adobe .pdf files)

http://cid-695de1b220952ddf.office.live.com/browse.aspx/.Public

Questions, comments, and concerns are appreciated, so I can seek to clean up the document.
(and time permitting, new ones to follow)

It's only on-line, but it's from Adobe directly, so...

cute pdf is a free downloadable PDF maker. You just 'Print' to PDF. I have used it several times, even on a larger scale business. You can't do some of the funky things that Adobe does, but it does keep the format you are looking for from Word.

Added the MS Word 2002 files to .pdf, since some people told me they couldn't open them.

Many thanks, my friend.
Though I'm more partial to the RIFTS demo.
Hoping to test run a PFRPG demo at the next Con, and maybe even a RIFTS: Japan one as well...

i agree with u..

Easy way to convert Word Doc's to PDF's is by using a program called 'Cute PDF'. It adds a printer that you print directly to PDF with.

Novastar is running several games. I hope to make it at least one day. As I am convincing myself that it is considered a 'Christmas Gift' from the wifey that I can go. Especially since it is not on Valentine's day weekend...

But you know how those things go...

Man what an amazing way to introduce players to the most simple yet poignant aspects of Rifts. Not only that but it totally reflects the flavor of Rifts on both counts. Now if I could only get people to give PB stuff a try out here in colorado!

Updated the RIFTS Master File, to make for a cleaner/sharper image.
Added a new adventure, for the Japan setting of RIFTS!

Working on a Palladium Fantasy game to add, as well as a Robotech scenario.

EDIT:

Not sure I'm understanding what you were looking for...could you elaborate a bit? :?

Added my demo game, for Robotech Shadow Chronicles.

Need to work on maps and intro, for a 2-part Palladium Fantasy demo I'm planning on adding in the near future.

Anything I can do? I could do a PFRPG or Heroes demo, since Rifts is already covered.

More demo games are always welcome.
I just post this up here to help younger/less experienced GM's, with a "published adventure" to run.

May we discuss a Beyond the Supernatural adventure? I have been working mostly in Splicers the last couple of months, but BtS is still my touchstone to Palladium. I and Mr Loucifer sponsored a writing contest in the BtS forum last year, and we have started discussing it again. This time around, the challenge would be to author a short adventure based upon a photograph that I will provide. The prize package will likely include an illustration based upon the winning article. This second contest would be to create an adventure for BtS 2nd edition. After we choose a winner, perhaps that winning entry could be given to the Megaversal Ambassadors as a prepped con game. We are doing the contest regardless of whether the MA can use the winner or not. So, would anyone actually use this?

NICE! I would really like to see a Demo for Phase World. I would try my hand at it if I had more time (I might considering I am supposed to be off for 3 straight days this week).

Spinachcat runs a reportedly awesome Demo game of Splicers in my neck of the woods (so I've heard; which makes me hope that Spinachcat, Ignex & Grandil hear about my awesome games too... :P  :D ), so maybe we can poke him to write something up.

Phase World though, eh...?
I'm terribly tempted to make a scifi version of Casablanca, in Space.
I'm trying to finish up maps for my Palladium Fantasy 2-part demo (mostly procrastination, on my part), and have a Robotech: Southern Cross adventure on the vine, but I may put that to the side to work on the Phase World idea.

zyanitevp, great to hear it went off splendidly! That's my most "gimmicky" adventure to date, so I was really worried it wouldn't translate well (glad to hear it went the other direction! :D ). Curiousity does get the better of me, did you run it locally or at GenCon?

Hi!
Great game files!
I will use them for my convention games, in addition to the resources I have. I will try to get something put together.

Any chance that Palladium could host these files for us?

Also..
The RIFTS psi sheets don't say which character they belong to, and I assume that the shifter gets the large spell list. Might want to adjust that, just to avoid confustion for players.

Also, expriencing some issues downloading the Heroes Unlimited materials.

I'd love to do something with Nightbane (if I had the time). If I could work with someone I would create something great.

Is there a way to download all the files at once?

At the far right there is a live link to download the folder as a zip
Where?

Finally got tired of trying to have the greatest castle pic EVAR and went with an easy one.

Palladium Fantasy two-parter Demo game has now been added!

Got ideas on the vine for Robotech: Macross and Robotech: Southern Cross (my next 2 projects), as well as a huge arc for HU in the idea stage (thinking of doing something fairly epic, like 52, as kind of a proto-Living Heroes Palladium project (one year story arc)).

He did! - So go ask Kevin to look it over....

Thats awesome! Have you submitted any of these to the Rifter...? might be a great idea!

I really need to get off my but and submit my idea for BTS or RIFTs....the regular job of mine keeps me hopping!

If I submit to the Rifter, I'd have to pull the Demo's down.
(Palladium's owns all submitted material, even if it's not used)

(now, if Palladium in it's wisdom decided to make me an official Freelancer, I wouldn't complain...)

For those that don't know, you can download a free program called "Open Office". I use it to make all my PDF files. It will also open and read many different text documents, including all versions of MS Word.

Questions, comments, and concerns are appreciated, so I can seek to clean up the document.
(and time permitting, new ones to follow)

If you have an idea for a one night adventure, we would love to see it.
