What O.C.C.'s(R.C.C.) are Restricted from taking the Tumbling Skill as presented in Adventures on the High Seas?

Well it's a physical skill, so as long as you can take physical skills for the OCC Related selections you could take this skill.

I'd restrict to only those classes that can take acrobatics or gymnastics.
