How do you create custom spells and determine things like
P.P.E.
Range.
Number of targets
and so on and so forth? There is great info in the fantasy book for weapons and artifacts but not spells.... Is there an errata some place?

Re: Custom spells
There are two spell crafting text in PB canon. The first is in the Through the Glass Darkly book and the second is in the Mysteries of Magic book 1.
The TtGD text is more for a modern setting while the MoM1 text is more for a PF setting.
----------
The general way of things outside of the canon rules...
Step one: come up with a spell concept.
Step two: find benchmark spells that does nearly the same thing or nearly the same amount of effective power.
Step three: make up the stats of the spell close to the benchmark spells.

May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.
