Khemennu
I said this in the All Things forum, but wanted to reiterate here. The city of Khemennu, written by Ian Herbert, is absolutely awesome! Plus "new" (never published before) Kevin Long art!) It appears in Rifter 77, and is really well done!

Re: Khemennu
Thanks a lot, mate. Glad you liked it. That means lot coming from the Church of Light and Dark's foremost games master! That is only the first half of the article (although I haven't received my copy yet!). I hope you enjoy the second part as much as the first!
I'd like use these boards to publically express my thanks to Hendrik, who helped immensely by proofreading and editing my submission, and adding a few ideas. He is awesome. Thanks Hendrik!
I must say I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't do any original art for the article. Part of the joy in getting published in the Rifter is seeing what an artist does with your creation. It would have been nice to see my ideas 'brought to life' in pictures. But never mind - getting published is great in itself! Looking forward to seeing part two!

It is hands down one of the best articles I have ever had the pleasure to read.

Not that there was anything much to do, really, but you are most welcome, Soldier of Od. Anytime! You need to write so much more!

Re: Khemennu
For me its the fact that each paragraph or description or NPC is an adventure idea. There is enough detail to be concise but its all precise - it's detailed but not "fluff for fluffs sake". So many hook ideas for a GM to expand and the size and interested generated by the article is immense. Including suggested location but also other location ideas that the GM may prefer-the article is designed with the audience in mind, not just the writers campaign. Cant wait to play in it! but what OCC to be???
