After flipping through some of my old character sheets. I found a few magic items I figured I would share if GMs are looking for some premade stuff. Most of these are pretty powerful. So probably best if this is high level adventure treasure that a full quest is based upon.

Phoenix Priest Items:
Aquired from the sarcophagus of an ancient mummified high priest from the Alliance of Light whose duty was to protect and the location of an lessor Old One beneath a ziggurat complex.

1. The Phoenix Talisman (Gold and Ruby)
Description: Large ornate Egyptians style necklace made to look like a phoenix, made with gold and ruby inlay.
Powers - Grants wearer the following abilities/bonuses:
    Allows spell caster to cast at 2 levels higher than current level
    +1 vs. all saving throws
    +1 spell/circle/ward strength
    Adds an additional 200 PPE to PPE base and regenerates at a rate of 20 per hour.
    Once per week can cast resurrection at 100% chance
    There is also a 60% chance that if the wearer should die the talisman will automatically restore them to life.

2. Ring of the Phoenix
Description: Gold and ruby Egyptians stylized ring with phoenix design.
Powers - Grants wearer the following abilities/bonuses:
    Impervious to fire
    +2 vs. magic
    +1 spell strength
    Cast the following spells at 12th level, each 3 times daily
    Wall of Flame
    Burst into Flame
    Mini-Fireball
    Fireball
    Fuel Flame
    River of Lava

3. Holy Sword of the Phoenix
Description: Golden, glows with white light, indestrutable.
Damage: 6D6+10 (Does double damage vs. supernatural)
Weapon Bonuses:
+4 Strike and Parry
+1 Initative

Powers - Grants wearer the following abilities/bonuses:
    1.Spits Fireballs x3 daily, doing 3D6+6 damage, +3 strike, Range 300ft
    2. Welder Bonues:
    +1 vs. All Saves
    +5 vs. Charms and Illusions
    +5 vs. Horror Factor
    +10% vs. Coma/Death
    3. Senses Evil 20ft radius
    4. Negates Poison
    5. Remove Curse 50%

Nice.

I think a shield would compliment the sword nicely, It could even be a holy weapon too.

Or a staff that becomes a shield you could make it a transforming weapon.
