So...a third edition (PF1, PF2, PFUE)...rather than actually get more books to support the line we are just remaking the line...again...which would mean that now all the PF2 stuff will be out of date as well.....

Not exactly 3rd edition...But more of a "revised edition", basically like he did with rifts.

I hope they do better maps.

RUE actually owes a few nods to PF 2nd ed......I wouldn't get to worried about PFUE....Probably just updated rules and as another said, revised not a new edition. RUE wasn't a new edition. Hell it wasn't all that revised.

Might be a while. Kevin wants to do LotD3 himself as well as both Kingdom Books, because no one but he's knows what's going
on there. Not that he doesn't trust his freelancers, but he alone knows what's there. That being said he's open to ideas. Now as
for Ultimate Edition for PF is a GOOD thing. Why because it makes the skills, hand to hand (no more guess if your get two free
attacks and two for hth), and all the rules for Palladium Fantasy will be linked with Rifts Ultimate edition as well as Splicers,
Robotech, BtS, Nightbane Survival Guide, and Dead Reign. Making everyone compatible (human in PF no S.D.C bonus, HU 1D6+6,
BtS and Dead Reign 1D10+12) etc.

And one PF book is on its way .

I wouldn't say all the rules.. each game has it's own setting specific rules that don't belong to the other games..
