6 weapon tattoos types with one mod./augmentation type (ignoring the variable of different weapon types as different tattoos for this count.)
animal tattoos….(as many as there are animals, it gives 27 examples)
monsters tattoos….(as many as there are monsters, gives three levels/groups that the usable monsters can fall into)
power tattoos: 21

WB21
Magic Weapon tattoos: 2
power Tattoos: 10
Magic Arrow (class exclusive restriction): 11
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

There's a LOT of new tats coming in the "Secrets of Atlanteans" book. Don't have my raw copy in front of me, but close to 2 dozen Power tats, and several add-ons for Magic Weapons & Animals/Monsters.

There's also unofficial tats (some of which are I think, altered & made official in "Secrets") in Rifters 52, 55, 61 & some restricted ones in 68.

Do you think any Magic spell can be turn into a Tattoos?

Anything that you and your GM agree will not be unbalancing to that particular campaign and that you can work out a mutually satisfactory cost for can be a Tattoo.
Anything that doesn't fit one of those two criteria can't be

Outside of the basic "these are Canon so we will assume that most games will have them in as written" Tattoos you get into an area very much like homebrew spells or player created TW devices...
...specifically what one person thinks is fine, another person thinks is a weak waste of energy and another person thinks is abusive munchkin fuel. This gets especially complicated when individual games and group styles get involved. Some groups will "abuse" some things in ways that other groups wont... and vice versa.
I have been in games where some of the simplest spells have turned out to be the most colossal headaches... not because the spell was powerful, but because the players in question were choosing to use it in ways that made it so.
Tattoos can easily be abused yes, but they can also be a very fun and rewarding bit of flavor that adds color and spice to games.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

Don't forget about the Rifters. They added some, plus there is the T-Archer OCC from one of the Rifters.
