Can a Spirit Fox make a Damned Immortal Pact?

If so, could they gain negative chi powers since they are not "learning" them, but instead getting them bestowed?

Reading the Damned Immortal carefully, it constantly refers to the subject as "human". not mortal, but always human (not that the foxes are mortal anyway, as beings of pure chi they don't age any more than infernals do). I am tempted to say that the pact can only be given to humans

No they couldn't make such a pact, and no they couldn't acquire negative chi powers because they're creatures of pure positive chi and attempting to convert themselves into negative chi would kill them since again they aren't flesh and blood creatures but pure positive chi. Just like a creature of pure negative chi can't become positive chi for the same reason, it's the antithesis for their existence.

It's 'canon', not 'cannon'. A cannon is a big gun like on pirate ships, canon is what you mean when referring to something as being contained within one of the books such as how many dice to roll for a stat.

Sometimes terms like "servant" or "the character" or a/the "Damned Immortal". Does mention "humans can simply" and "their humans servants", not sure of any 'human' besides those 2.

Nothing saying you can only get 1 kind of immortality :)

What prevents them from making a pact?

Only 1 of 3 forms is pure positive chi.

They are not made of pure chi when they convert some of it to SDC in either their fox or human form.

That is why it is possible to infect them with negative chi without killing them, in those cases.

I'm only talking about filling with chi, not becoming it.

The possibility is confirmed by Reformed Demons, who are able to learn how to fill themselves with Positive Chi at 3rd before losing their ability to change to Pure Negative chi at 6th.

No. It's like how Matter and Anti-Matter don't mix.

Anything in the book to support though? They can survive negative chi infection in physical form so why not learn to transform their chi into negative? They can't gain that from their natural abilities in positive chi but it seems like demon empowerment skips your learning curve since you're just a conduit for another's power like a witch.

No, and there are a few obvious reasons;

The Most is that, not being mortal, and not having souls, they don't have the key prerequisite to become Damned Immortals; they have nothing to offer. A Spirit Fox that 'dies' does not go to hell, does not get judged, it just ceases to exist.

Metaphysically the Spirit Fox is an entity of Spirit, of Positive Qi that uses it's power to make a 'meat suit' for it to wear. But it's not the meat Suit, any more than a Demon is a meat suit. A Demon can 'reform' through the metaphysical properties of it's 'demonness' as it were. The Rules for Fox Spirits are different.
