Good OCCs for Humans in TMNT?

Unread post by FaerieGodfather »

Just like the title says, what are good OCCs for humans in a TMNT game?

I'm a long-time gamer getting into Palladium for the first time, through TMNT, and I'm trying to find options for human players. The non-cybernetic OCCs from Ninjas & Superspies seem like a good place to start, but I am looking for rules for humans with psionic or magical powers, and less physically-inclined characters in general.

Transdimensional TMNT has rules for Humans with psionic or magcial powers, it sounds like what you're looking for.

characters from HU would transfer over well, ive used villians from VU in TMNT games
You'll take my life but I'll take yours too
You'll fire your musket but I'll run you through
So when you're waiting for the next attack
You'd better stand there's no turning back

Don't forget Beyond the Supernatural if you're looking for Psychic or Magic characters, they could probably transfer over easily. Never tried it myself.

You how the After the Bomb book hints that perhaps humans are long extinct and all those who seem to be humans might actually just be evolved animals? I like that idea, but if you did have real, honest to goodness humans appear, it would be neat if they had taken on the next level of human mutation, and were all high level psychic classes from Heroes Unlimited with no human looks any more. I'm thinking something inspired by Return to the Planet of the Apes.
