Has any one out there attempted to translate these guyes from Puck World (by way of Anaheim) for eather Heroes Unlimited of TNMT (After the Bomb)?

This will probably fall under the conversion policy which is unallowed.

you can make anthro ducks easy enough with TMNT, HU, or ATB rules. the specific characters, their equipment, their enemies, and the shows setting on the other hand would be conversions.

It's cases like this where the 'no conversion' policy irks me, because there's like 0 chance Disney will ever do anything with this series again, in spite of a pretty entertaining 26-episode season. Even a monster like Gargoyles is being sorely neglected, relegated to a comic series, when it should really be getting a 3d relaunch like TMNT got in 2012.
