Who is....Fred Hamster?
He's listed after the Sparrow Eagles in the TMNT&OS book and when I first got it, I just assumed he was their "Splinter". Other than the background that he was a mutant created to dig for oil and minerals and absconded with a few machine guns, nothing was presented for him. Has anyone used him in their games?

I think he is a example character, but I used as an crazy friend for my PCs
