It says in the latest murmur that Rifter 73 is the first issue with all official material, but wasn't Rifter 50 all official too?

I am pretty sure rifter 50 had at least a couple things that were not official but it had a ton of offical stuff in it.

I double checked it has optional rules for N&S and some optional vehicle construction stuff for rifts. So rifter 50 was like 90% official stuff.

Yeah "all official" makes me need to buy it, like a smoker not having a cigarette for a couple days, my skin will be crawling until I can get my hands on this.

The I AM legion stuff from the double issue was excellent so was going to get this regardless. It all being "official" is pretty nice. Honestly though still not 100% through the double issue still have not gotten to reading a couple things yet going to be funny having another one out so soon after it.
