This is the best spot. There are some smatterings here and there but this book has the biggest listing of them.

If you have access to Rifts World Book 2: Atlantis, you can find quick stats for animals in the Tattoo Magic sction. Or, Rifts World Book 9: South America 2 has them as well in the Nazca Line Magic section. Both entries were reprinted and can be found in their respective sections in the Rifts: Book of Magic.
