GenCon 2014 meet up

For upcoming GenCon, is there going to be a meet up to received promised badges before the first day of GenCon on Thursday the 14th

I'm on the list to go, plan to run games at the booth, and have a room and ride, but I need to raise some cash for the gas and spending money. To that end, I'm offering a special on my commission art; if you commission a piece from me and are going to GenCon, for a small additional fee I'll bring a print (up to a 2ftx3ft poster) for you to pick up at the Palladium Booth.
