Thanks! Breachworld RPG KS has funded. Now it gets better!

Unread post by Jason Richards »

Thanks to all of the Palladiumites that have supported my Kickstarter for the Breachworld RPG. I wouldn't be where I am without you, both as an author and now as an indie publisher.

This is an exciting project, and I'm humbled to have such amazing support. I won't let my backers down. To the effect, I've actually lowered a few of the prices on odds and ends, and thrown in some extra rewards. More importantly, I've dramatically reduced the price of all Stretch Goals, so that a new folio of some type will unlock every $500. That means new Player Races, Character Templates, Adventures, Breach Creatures, and pretty much any other type of gaming material. Your support benefits other Palladium writers, and Palladium artists as well, who have the chance to pitch in on this effort using their various professional crafts.

All digital add-ons are "pay what you want" for the duration of the Kickstarter, so it's the best value in gaming. They're even free for many supporters at even fairly modest backing levels.

The core book is available in softcover, hardcover, and Collector's Edition. Take your pick.

If you have any questions or thoughts on the project, please just let me know. You can contact me here, on the Kickstarter page, on Facebook, Google+, or pretty much anywhere.

Thanks again for everything, guys and gals. The next two weeks are going to be even better.

I also have the Allosaurus (feathered, but not dramatically) that needs an illo.

WOOO! Gonna kick some more butt and take some more names! I added an especially killer stretch for $10,500. I feel like we can do it if we all push. It's amazing what a difference it makes just when people are talking about Breachworld on RPG.net, Google+, Facebook, etc. An uptick in talking about Breachworld always, 100% of the time, equals an uptick in funding, and the more chatter, the bigger the difference.

If you've supported Breachworld, talking about it online and to your friends will DIRECTLY improve the product that you will receive, at not cost to you. If you aren't in a position to support the game financially right now, you can still generate support by generating buzz.

Just a couple of days left!

I've always wanted Chaos Earth D6! :)

I'm in, but I flipflopped on the project as I'm not in love with the name. I keep saying Beachworld and picturing a Cyborg Annette Funicello or Undead Shamu. But I jumped in based on our chat at the Open House years ago about how you run CE and your plans for First Responders.

BTW, I have a thread going on theRPGsite.com forums about your KS.

Just announcing that if we hit $11k, I've writing a new type of advanced character at every $500 mark. More than that, I'm giving them away to ALL backers. Help spread the word and let's see how high we can push this thing!
