No Resolution to a help desk ticket

Well, looks like this is the only way to communicate any more.

I pre-ordered all the Minion War stuff back in 2007. I have received all of it EXCEPT for MEGAVERSE IN FLAMES. I opened ticket #1908 on 2014-09-30 23:47:06. I was notified by email today that it is closed. I have yet to receive MiF, and I have called the office and was assured (back in February) that it would be taken care of.

I can no longer access teh main site because I get this message:

403: Access Forbidden
Your IP has been blacklisted.
Too many login attempts (Autobanned)

Will somebody PLEASE get in touch with me?!!

I also get the IP ban. I brought it up to a mod but it never went anywhere. Would love a resolution to this if you get it fixed. I'd like to browse the store and the main page again ...
