They actually look to me they could have been a single, small landmass at some distant point, that was broken apart... especially the eastern islands with all the ruins on them (Enry, Grimbor, Laird, and East Mnn).

Apparently, it never fell to a siege per se... a traitor opened the gates and the elves poured in and slaughtered everyone. The structure, however, remained intact to this day and is likely being used by barbarous subhumans.

I have managed to locate the Dwarven fortress of Tallspire , which, as we know, " the castle Tallspire was never captured, despite three separate sieges against it... the castle sustained minimal damage during the course of the war, and it is assumed that its remains are in reasonably good shap...

"Fleets of the Three Galaxies" is the distillation of a Phase World campaign that I ran involving space opera, time travel, and a cosmic Cold War. It was probably my "biggest" in that sense.

Only one that I'm aware of is the Citadel of the Sun, which sits atop Mt. Phi and is the place where the magi hang out (E.T. pg 110). There are 4 large port towns (if 50,000 people can still be considered a "town") but they are unnamed as of yet.

Since an MA of 16 only gives a person a 40% chance of causing trust/intimidation, a base percentage below that might be acceptable for "average Joes." You could either assign everyone a base 35% shot at puling it off... or continue the scale downwards by 5% until you hit a stat of 9 (5%) f...

... The main book map on pg 287 has a scale that puts Palladium at about 3000 miles wide, and 2500 North/South. That's about 7.5 million square miles. Or two million square miles smaller than North America. We also know from an FAQ that it's only 4 time zones wide... so, yeah, roughly North America...
