Yes, we need a GM Screen. Maybe have that come out in a box like the D&D starter box, with a rules lite pack, some pregens, an adventure, A full color folded world Map, etc. $10-20.

Adram get 3 melee attacks flat. They can't learn a O.C.C. - they are too lazy to even bother to ever learn anything it would seem.... An untrained person will get 1 additional attack at levels 6 and 12; but I wonder if that would still apply in the case of a Adram?

I think it is best to ignore the 2 for the living rule that they made for HU and inserted into rifts by accident. Palladium Fantasy doesn't need it. A gm once had me and several other happened to be at a bar separately, be drugged a wake up chained and with slave collars on. This only really helps if you have someone with pick locks skill in the group.

You would think that there would be a skill or a set of rules for bypassing wards, even if permanent. Kind of like using the knowledge skill for ward like you would if it was say you were trying to deactivate a bomb using knowledge of how a bomb is constructed.

Kevin is pretty heavy handed with his No tech in Palladium. Lets put it this way. They don't even have a printing press (to the eternal happiness of scribes everywhere). So the likelihood of steam powered anything is very very unlikely. So you wont find anything in any of the books (As far as I know).

I would say in this case that you would use common sense. If the whole area is well lite and there is no cover then it stands to reason that you can't sneak across the area. Usually what I do for unskilled rolls is, have the player roll as normal, but they only succeed if it is below 10%. On top of this, since they don't have the skill they don't get the xp for it.

Yes, that would be landscape.

This, i believe, was in one of the original printings of the core book. It may have been left out in later printings for some unknown reason.

psychic sensitive reminds me of Chip from Paranormal state. He never solves the case, he can only provide information on what they are hunting, which is a way that those PCC should be run.
