I was trying to save it (along with everything else) for my sourcebook, but I've pretty much decided to just post everything as I write it anyway. I'm just going to finish off a few O.C.C.'s right now that I'm the most interested in, then I'm going to start from the beginning of the book. So it'll l...

Edited and updated the Siren description in order to fill in some holes. I like how the Host Armor highjacking power kind of distinguishes it from the Pseudojacker. Before the Pseudojacker was just a Siren with more features, now they are more differentiated. Thank you too everyone for helping polis...

24 Carat Splicer gold Slappy, one again Have you got any more Rifter submissions prepared? Actually I've pretty much given up on that. I really enjoyed being published, but few Rifter readers seemed to enjoy Splicers so there isn't much demand for my material. I just prefer to write for people who ...

The Ultra upgrade is free. I was debating on the Bio-E cost. I didn't want to make them overpowered (since that's already borderline true), and I figured that the Packmaster is dividing more Bio-E (as he gains levels) between more Gorehounds. Not to mention, the Gorehounds don't start off with a gia...

Bombardier O.C.C.
Bombardier O.C.C. The Mantis Support Cannons were first created to guard the entrance ways to the Underground Havens, but many Warlords quickly realized that these massive walking guns could also be utilized as mobile artillery pieces in the field. The problem was that these simple minded creatures...

That's another interesting point. I didn't think of them as being able to use bio-comms. Basically how I thought of it is they learned how to force it to work, they can't actually operate it as normal. In other words, they can fire an electric impulse to get a muscle to contract, but it con't bond w...

Well, since this is already a custom armour, you could rule that the Librarians who designed it made it more like an exoskeleton than a power armour, much like how Triax's T-11 Enhanced Body Armour gived a strength bonus while the T-10 doesn't. I considered that as well. In fact, I think it would h...

Hey Slappy, rebuild it as a Scarecrow armor design and it need not be Host Armor. Barren Marsh has what, 1200 scarecrows per Librarian? There's got to be some reason to have that many, why not put them to work as EoD. I don't think they would have the patience for demolitions disposal. Although I'm...

That was what I originally started with. That's why it's called Shellback Armor, because at first I wanted it to be the heaviest category of Living Armor, but as I continued to flesh out the O.C.C., it became apparent that the armor would be so heavy and bulky that without additional strength from H...

Looks cool. I might cut the Bio-E a bit given the impressive powers of the default armour. A couple of quibbles. I'd find an OCC bonus to roll with punch/fall/boomy noise more appropriate than a strike/parry/dodge bonus. Also you have two fixed skill in Electives. I'd move those up to OCC skills, Y...

I may rebalance the Bio-E costs a bit. Feedback on the subject would be appreciated. Sweeper O.C.C. Sweepers are the demolitions experts of the Resistance. Their main responsibility is to disarm bombs and land mines planted by the Machine and rival Great Houses, but their training also makes them ex...

I actually thought of doing a Packmaster version with giant cats also, but they seemed like they would be less versital than normal Gorehounds. Really all they can do is kill. I think it's a good solution. Maybe instead of a pouch, you could make them nutrient holsters built right into the armor. Have different Bio-E costs for melee weapon, pistol, and rifle sizes. Only on the most basic level. I think what really makes Splicers such a unique standout is the fact that it's not an emotionless killing machine like Skynet, but a real character in and of itself. Obviously it is inspired by works like Terminator and Guyver, but Carmen has taken these elements and r...

I was thinking it may have been left out to make Scarecrows more terrifying. Sure, in Host Armor you're strong enough to punch a hole through steel, but you're still not strong enough to keep a Scarecrow from tearing your arms off. I would still give Host Armor the option though. Just make it pricy.

I use all of my robot designs in sort of a phased roll out approach. Of course, feel free to use them...
