Attributes that are fixed by the borg build don't get improved by physical skills, but actual skills and skil bonuses are gained... of course, a full conversion borg would get little use from swilmming, unless he was in an aquatic model.

They were introduced in Rifts England, and I guess that's the place with the most comprehensive data on them, though, IIRC, large chunks have been reprinted in Rifts Japan and other volumes where a MIllenium tree appears.

And AoE can as easily be a liability as an advantage... I remember the time when I had to switch characters because my fire warlock only had AoE spells, and my party mates did not mind me at all and rushed to melee ASAP so the character was basically useless because he could not act without harming ...

Phase powers are like magic and beyond magic, they can damage vampires, werewolves and other invulnerable creatures, maybe not slow their regen or kill them outright, but certainly damage them.

A juicer would be able to live long enough with the biocomp disabled to go through the procedure, so one disables the biocomp, drinks the fluid, and has one's veins slit to allow for the rituals to commence.
