Thanks Grazzik, and great catch on the BoM. I read it, and **completely** fanned on that FAQ response. So, technically, a LLW with a "measly" P.E. of 10, at a nexus during an eclipse, could "soak up" almost 20,000 PPE (woah....). I honestly think mages should have a baseline mag...

I'd give it an operational altitude of 3,000 ft, 4,000 ft at most. It's heavier than the War Eagle and based on a ground armor/walking tank, rather than a SAMAS-style platform.
That also puts it within the range of most laser rifles, so that reflective armor sure comes in handy.

The CS tolerates psi-stalkers due to their usefulness and human origins. Obvious d-bees? Not so much.

Duck armor would wind up being skeet for opposition forces with personal heavy artillery...with the opposition declaring 'no bag limit' on the taking of them.
