The advantage IMHO of Heal Self is, that it help Mega Demage Creatures (3D6 S.D.C.
and ID6 Hit Points (or ID4 M.D. if a mega-damage creature)), while Heal Wounds only restores S.D.C. and hit points.

IMHO, the dragon hatchling mature naturally - reaching maturity at an age of 400 - 600 years. Then their aging would slow and would at least double or triple their live span from 10000 - 30000 years .

Do not know if it is in any book - as a GM I use real world reference.
- The base could be a small house for 4-5 people party at 50.000 - 500.000 credits.

I understand your problem.
As a GM ne flexible and keep in mind, that it is a game and the rules should keep it simple. Add a still, if a player needs it or give your players the extra skills, if the write a good character background story at the start of your game.

IMHO if the spell has a duration, it disgorge it end the end of the duration, all other spells are cancel with the casters death.

IMHO, the REF used cloning devices to polster their forces, otherwise they wouldn't have the manpower after the battle agains the Regent, T.R. Edwards and to send attack waves to reclaim Earth.

I still stick to the old rules, that SM gives an indication, if a spell is active, high or low level power/P.P.E, magic object/weapon is in detection range, etc.

Some Millenium items heal themself, but for other I would go to a Millenium Tree. I find the idea of using a healing spell charming - as a GM, I would allow it.

On a first look the Cal Lightning spell is more powerful than Fire Ball spell. On a second look Call Lightning is more powerful after level 5 and fire ball has the same power starting at level 1. Some creatures are vulnerable to fire. Then it depends on style and personal outlook of the character.

IMHO, after the spell is cast, the mage has 30sec to touch the object and than the object is instantly t-ported to location envisioned by the spellcaster..

On average, it takes 3 sessions to get to 2nd level depending on O.C.C./R.C.C. and of course the players. The rest will come with an average factor 2x of reaching 2nd level. So 2nd to 3rd level will take 6 sessions, 4th level around 8 sessions and so on.
