I would say yes. Magic can hurt vampires and it is the magic giving you the supernatural strength so you would be doing magic damage.

If your going to use Changlings as creatures of magic then you would have to use Elves, Dwarves, Goblin, Hob-Goblins, etc. These races were all created by magic, but none are considered creatures of magic like a dragon, gryphon, etc.

The only place that has anything about limits is in the Conversion book. The limit for humans without magic enhanced str or superhuman str is 50 I think.

One of the Rifters have a city that is in the South Winds. Slit City or Stilt City something like that. Other than that and what is in the High Seas I don't think there is anything else.

I would go with yes, but do it how ever you would like. I look at it this way yes it is psyhic energy so is ectoplasam which is what the psi-sword and shield are made up of anyway and you can pick stuff up and parry with ecto.

I don't see any reason you would not add both PPE from both OCCs. Your base goes up each level anyway. The way you make it sound is as if your base stays the same.
