Too big for a rift depends on whats trying to go through and what kind of rift it is. Anything that can teleport shapeshift or has dimensional abilities should always fit if it wants to. My typical go to has been most bots are Fission. Reactor shielding problems and some space requirements are easy enough to hand wave away with Megadamage alloys. Fusion I tend to reserve more for larger vehicles or bases that have a steady water supply and are able to generate hydrogen or helium fue...

As far as the rules go if they are getting that big as an organization and have or want a base of some sort the Mercanary company rules in one of the Merc books might be a good place to start. Even if they don't really want to be a bunch of sell swords in that fashion it has some pretty good options...

I had been sure that under the hatchling metamorphosis stats in the RUE it was per day but that's not true. Depending on the particular demon and his lackies some of them might be able to shift into wolf forms as well. At which point it's a bit tricky to tell if those are just more wolves or something else until its still stand after an MD blast or starts nibbling the grenade pins on your belt.

Last I was aware TW gear could be used by anyone generally. Most of it has buttons and levers and the power source needs you to pump it with PPE, ISP, or take it to a let line to charge it. So a character that isn't a mage or psi could never recharge the flame bolt rifle unless it charges automatica...
