Re: Cosmo Crazy
I would tend to agree that the insanities and MOM bonuses would be lost if the crazy became a Cosmo Knight. Could they go crazy as a Cosmo Knight? I guess they could, there's nothing in the rules saying they can't, I would just rule that they would also start on a road of becoming a Fallen Cosmo Kni...

I personally find there is too much information and fluff about the Palladium world NOT to use it. Not that I couldn't come up with something on my own, I just like the world as it stands and so use it.

Im thinking about that. And reading the half dead O.C.C. there are some pluses that come with it. And the GM told me to disregard a few of the penalty's to so its not that bad I guess. I dont do the encounter justice. We were a lucky, butt kicking group until the night of the bad rolls. We've all h...

What kind of campaign are you running/playing in?
Is it a classic zombie crawl? Is it more like classic Resident Evil? How about Walking Dead? Or my personal favorite, my Lovecraftian (without the elder evil's just zombies, just the mood behind his writing).
What kind of fear do you use?

It's hard to say what would have happened had NEMA known. I'm not going to quote anything scientific to make my point but the possibilities are endless. I don't think the widespread destruction would have been different, maybe some key leaders would have been saved, but at the same time they probabl...

Re: eternal life as an earth warlock
Personally I wouldn't allow a golem body to have the same magic potential as a real living body. The warlock could transfer his person to the golem but I would rule that they'd lose considerable amounts of PPE because of it. I just don't see how a construct can be as magically capable as a true livi...

I've only ever GM'd Palladium products so that's kind of how I read the material. I'm honest with my players though, if there's something in the Rifter that I think they can use, I show it to them. As well it depends on the game I'm playing and what I'll allow.

It would be interesting to see for interests sake, what the SDF-1 would have been capable of if the SDF crew knew how to use it to it's potential. I agree that none of the other SDF's would have even compared.

I think the war with the Masters would have been very different and not as devastating with even one SDF staying in orbit. There would have been more of a prescence of the RDF/REF making the Masters have to fight tooth and nail for everything. This in turn would have MAY (not definitely) have change...

I've always considered it as, if they pretty much walk over the enemy with taking minor damage, it's a minor menace. An encounter that takes some work and threatens the characters, a major menace. An encounter where characters lives are threatened, a great menace. Again it is up the GM, hopefully th...

I tend to think that it would be a draw, for the first night anyway. Zombies would swarm the vampire threatening to rip it apart and leaving it out for the sun to roast. IMO anyway.
