As for a 1 point increase for something like PP or ME increasing your chances by 5% on a die roll etc... maybe? How IQ bonuses work are problematic at the get go. Being more "intelligent" won't make you a better gymnast or swimmer by default in the real world, but it does in Palladium. Especially if your physical attributes do not back it up. A physically above average person of average intelligence...

Silver is a common enough counter to the limited immunities of supernatural creatures or dbees that in a fight with tolkeenites, the CS likely have troops armed with such weapons.

I don't see why a character, over the course of several adventures or campaign, couldn't create an AI of at least the basic level. All they need are parts, software, and the right skills.

Yeah Strike Force really did sort of fill the "gaps" in a way but as much as I love the striker et al for RotM revised, their stories just didn't really match up well with the established timelines in some ways.

That fan proboard is where some of us figured out how to do some of the stuff as we were the vetting pool to do just that after wave 1 shipped. We were the group of people that also got the blast rule changed, the faq, and the never published conventional forces rules done.

Well I would argue that since they systems are still a essentially a "tech effect" then they would work the same way against those as they do traditional systems but I never really thought about it.
