Antique shops and silver solder from hardware stores.
One and five ounce bars are regulary used by investors but those are 99 percent pure silver so you could probably mix those to stretch your supply, and make it harder for weapons although bullets do not need hardening.

Actually a little 50cc moped is a pretty optimal survival vehicle. From experience you can even buzz around in a warehouse or department store scale building. Add in the insane gas milage and something that you can manhandle up and down stairs it would be a fairly good choice for a Shepard, or Scave...

Circle of youth is only a stop gap that is less useful the older you are when you find it since it halves your age that only effectively doubles your lifespan. Can you use it more than once? If so, then you can be effectively immortal. --flatline Yes you can use it to reduce your age to "effec...

If you go with light bikes or possibly even mopeds it works out, in your favor fast easily maneuverable the bigger the bike the less the payoff. Have you used museum exhibit items or antiques that have become empowered by the coming of the rifts.
We have been debating how far back they would have to come from or allowing certain weapons that were forged with the old ways to work as well.

Actualy I have always had that dwarves knew of the tech but only used it in their home lands and most of those were shattered. Brilliant but making it would generate alot of noise, the resourses are not really useful for anything better.
Build it with a periscope and its excellent for recon as well.
Although the robotwars bots lack in the off road capacity.
