i think the story about the witch and her rat friend is "the dreams in the witch house" and the other might be the classic "the dunwich horror". But i could be wrong. But they are all excellent reads and cool gaming inspiration.

The Rifter #46 has an article on Wormwood that includes muskets and flintlocks. It is for the Wormwood setting, but just remove all the flavor text about them being magical and you got yourself some muskets--complete with misfire table!

Can the writers tell us how many adventures they wrote for the book? I know Kev has final say so on what makes it and what doesn't, but I was wondering how many full adventures/plot hooks etc were originally written for it?

The Worldgate article is fantastic and fills out the Wormwood setting wonderfully. I am not good at reviewing stuff like some of the other posters here. But i thought it was great. Sounds cool. My group did this, but they went forward in time to a dark fututre where the bad guy had won. we used the comics for our inspiration. there are many comic book story lines out there where the baddies have won. check out the comics for inspiration. can't go wrong there. happy gaming!
