The original Psyscape version of the Amorph could only speak two languages at +15%, so the DBoNA version offers a new twist. It may be reasonable, then, to retroactively apply this change to other telepaths.

I suppose if the P.P.E. storage is achieved through the use of a Talisman spell, then it would be detectable as magical, because there is a constantly active spell effect, but if I recall correctly, standard P.P.E. clips are just wires and crystals; no spells required.

I don't think the device focus is intended to alter the actual parameters of a spell, so if a spell has a range of touch, the Techno-Wizard still needs to touch the target by hand. Maybe you could get away with touching the device to the target, but it still shouldn't be able to extend the spell bey...

TD TMNT does have a bit on artillery in the story on civil war soldiers getting pulled forward and they you heading backward. IIRC it is a 12lb Napolean gun and it had a damage of 2d6x10. The spell description doesn't state whether the closure of the chasm occurs with a violent surge or with a gentle caress. Either way, I think victims who are still in the chasm when the spell ends (or when the spell is cancelled by the caster) should be entombed in the earth, but that's just me.

In Gramercy Island, Raptor Red was a Physical Training character who was granted super abilities by experimentation, becoming a Mega-Villain in the process.
