Anicent Master hit points, unclear text.

Ancient Master HP says "Hit Points time the number of levels (1d6 per level), +6D6..." So do they not get PE to their hit points and just get the 1D6 per level plus the 6D6?

Re: Modern Day Locations Of Rifts Cities?

Even ancient Rome had highways. I think the same would be true in Rifts earth. Most people still travel by land and roads are vital for commerce, though I do agree that water passage may be more favorable in many ways. We have private roads between our fields. The effect of the power is poorly described. I would say that something like a wilks 320 or NG-45 etc... have no more automated targeting systems than a black powder pistol. From a "realistic" aspect, I think a limited AI to run other arms might work better. Something like the JK armors. I think of the extra guns like arms and the targeting computer (a limited AI) does its own attacks. Using that base, I could see each set giving additional attacks. The NG-V7 ...

For unintelligent undead, I would rule they have the alignment of the will that drives them. Depending on the ethos of your game, you could also say that reanimating the dead is evil in and of itself. So even if it was a good character doing so, the resulting undead is tainted regardless (which is t...
