I believe the first license expired after 20 years and there was not much interest in Robotech at the time. There were not even DVDs for Robotech at the time.

A Final Weekend of Robotech

This is the final weekend of Robotech sales by Palladium Books. This happened once before. My first ever RPG book was Invid Invasion, so I have been a Palladium fan for a great many years. Do any of you remember when Palladium lost the Robotech license last time? Was it 1998? We're these forums even...

I heard that all the Robotech stock will have to be liquidated.
I expect there will be a sale soon on the web site, but after that is done do you think the remaining unsold stock will be auctioned off or just sent to a landfill?

Re: Simultaneous attacks

I think you should be able to use a simultaneous attack anytime that you are in one on one hand to hand combat and you are about to take damage. I don't think that it should be allowed in ranged combat. I think that the original attacker should also be allowed to respond to the attack with a party o...

Re: Simultaneous attacks

Here's how I feel it can be abused. In a battle with 4 Cyclones vs two Invid shock troopers. The four Cyclones all have initiative before the Invid due to the die rolls. The first cyclone fires at the Invid. The Invid takes damage and simultaneously fires back. It has now jumped out of initiative or...

A rules question came up tonight in our Online Robotech campaign.

Is the rule "Simultaneous attack" only for hand to hand combat, or can it be used in ranged combat.
